Returns, refunds & exchanges.
Every AromaDesire purchase is backed by a straightforward, 30-day policy. Whether your fragrance didn’t quite match the note you were chasing, or something arrived less than perfect — here’s exactly how we’ll put it right.

This policy applies to purchases made from AromaDesire via aromadesire.com and does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns window & eligibility.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- New (unused and unopened)
- In original packaging, with all parts and accessories included
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-returnable items (unless faulty).
For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns of:
- Items that have been opened or used (where hygiene or safety applies)
- Gift cards
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page
- Customised or personalised items (where applicable)
If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are still covered — see Section 07.
How to start a return.
To start a return, email order@aromadesire.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos — required only if the item is damaged, incorrect or faulty
Return method & free label.
Return method: by post.
For approved returns, we provide a free return label:
- The label will be provided as a download-and-print label (or emailed to you)
- Please package the item securely before sending it back
- We recommend obtaining proof of posting and keeping it until your return is complete
Restocking fee: none.
Exchanges.
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery, for eligible items (see Section 02).
To request an exchange, email order@aromadesire.com with:
- Your order number
- The item you have
- The item or variant you’d like instead (e.g. scent or size)
- The reason for the exchange
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If there is a price difference, we’ll contact you to arrange payment or refund of the difference. If an exchange cannot be provided, we will offer a refund once the return is received and inspected.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@aromadesire.com (or order@aromadesire.com) with your order number and photos.
Where confirmed, we will arrange an exchange, replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds & processing time.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days after inspection
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refunded funds
Statutory rights (UK consumers).
If you’re a UK consumer buying online, you may have additional rights under consumer law, including cancellation rights in certain circumstances.
Some rights may not apply to sealed goods once unsealed, or to other legally exempt categories. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
